"The Living Energy of Needs" supports the ongoing development of
foundational NVC skills and consciousness. In addition to supporting
core NVC skills, we have continued to develop our training over the
past five years to help participants practically access and live from
a deeper dimension of needs. We weave the experience of the living
energy of needs throughout the training, as the core dimension from
which we learn and live the NVC process.

Creating Systemic Change in Organizations:
Moving Businesses & Organizations toward
NVC Consciousness

Menucha Retreat & Conference Center, near Portland, Oregon
with Gregg Kendrick & Susan Skye

We strive to create "living organizations" that reflect and embrace human needs while thriving in fulfillment of their purpose. The core of this workshop is based on the facilitators' actual engagements in bringing NVC skills & consciousness into businesses, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups, among others; several of these engagements have been multi-year projects. The intention within our work is to foster the fullness of NVC consciousness—the living energy of needs—such that we not only impact the human relationships within the organization but we systemically transform the organizational processes, strategies and structures to be in harmony with this consciousness.
